Shandong Confaith Electric Co.,Ltd was founded in 2005. It is located in Zibo City, Shandong Province. Our company are mainly committed to the research, production and marketing of enameled aluminum wires, enameled copper wires, copper clad aluminum enameled wires. In 2010, our company has established a new production base, which takes up to 267 square kilometers. Our company has 32 lying machines and 12 assembly machines to produce enameled wires. Our annual produce ability of enameled aluminum wires is 1500 tons and our annual produce ability of enameled copper wires is 2100 tons.
Our company has been approved by ISO9001 Quality System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO18001 Safety Management System Certification. Also, our companie is granted SGS certificate and UL certificate. Since the establishment of Confaith Group, our company has developed a strict quality control system, as well as strict testing and meticulous management process. At the same time, our company has a strict monitor process for raw material purchase, production, transportation and sales process. Our company offers a wide range of enameled copper/aluminum wires, mainly Class B/130, F/155, H/180 and C/200/220. We can produce enameled copper/aluminum wires from 0. 10mm to 3.00mm, namely SWG 11 to SWG42. We can make PEW (QZ), UEW (QA), EIW (QZY), AI/EIW (QZ/XY) kinds of enameled copper/aluminum wires. Our products are widely used in transformer, refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens, air conditioners, fans, washing machines, compressor windings, vacuum cleaner windings and deflection coil of color televisions.
